Shanmukha's story starts in a village where a baby named Shanmukha is born with a very rare condition: he has six faces. His parents are shocked and do not know what to do. His father becomes desperate to find a cure and turns to ancient rituals and dark magic, hoping these strange methods will change his son’s appearance. While the family struggles to deal with the baby, scary things start happening in the surrounding area.
