Romeo is about Arivu (Vijay Antony) and Leela (Mirnalini), who get married. Leela wants to be an actress. But her father forces her to marry Arivu. She has to give up her dream to marry him. However, she marries him with a plan. Arivu is innocent and is looking forward to a happy married life with Leela. Many movies have stories about forced marriages that turn into love. Romeo is another one. It tries to be a fun romantic comedy with feelings. Arivu marries Leela with many dreams to live a happy life together. But Leela does all possible things to get away from him. She asks for a divorce. She brings her male friends, who are also her work partners, to their house and makes them stay there. At one point, Arivu plans to produce the film Leela, and her friends are working on holding things together. What happens during the film shoot is the rest of the story. Does Leela start loving Arivu? Watch the movie to know the answer. There is also a parallel track Vijay Antony plans that is quite interesting. Vijay Antony and Mirnalini perform well, but there isn’t chemistry between the two on screen. Yogi Babu plays an important role. VTV Ganesh, Thalaivasal Vijay, and Ilavarasu are the other actors in the film. All of them have contributed their part well. Overall, Romeo is a decent romantic comedy you can watch with your family.
