Raju Yadav (Getup Srinu) is a jobless young man from Mahabubnagar. He lives irresponsibly, often playing cricket with friends. During a game, a cricket ball hits his face, causing a severe injury. He visits a local doctor whose negligent treatment leaves Raju with a rare facial disorder, forcing him to smile constantly, even in serious or sad moments. This condition makes his life miserable, as people misunderstand his emotions. His father (Ananda Chakrapani), worried about Raju’s future, scolds him daily but refuses to pay 4 lakh rupees for corrective surgery due to their poverty.
