Prabhas plays the role of Vikramaditya, a famous astrologer from India. He once, predicts The Emergency under Prime Minister Indira Gandhi correctly. This makes the heads in power go angry over Vikramaditya and he has to leave India. He shifts his location to Rome and lives a luxurious life there. On a train, he meets beautiful Pooja Hegde, who plays the role of Dr. Prerana, a clumsy but charming doctor. Their first meeting ends quickly, but they meet again when Aditya reads the palm of Anand Rajput. He predicts that Anand will not achieve political success. This prediction leads to a confrontation that leaves Aditya injured. While recovering in the hospital where Prerana works, Aditya and Prerana develop a flirtatious relationship. Things take a serious turn when Aditya says that a girl named Tara will not succeed in sports, right before a major train accident happens. Prerana becomes more curious about Aditya’s abilities and asks him about her future. Unfortunately, he tells her she has an incurable tumor. Aditya seeks trust and love by studying palmistry, even reading the palms of those who have died. Just when it looks like Prerana has found a way to help and reaches out to propose, Aditya pushes her away. He believes he cannot love her without risking their futures.
