Vaasu (Pranav Preetham) is a smart first-year college student from a lower-middle-class family. He studies in a government junior college. He's excellent at his studies. But then, he notices the name ""Kumari"" written on the college walls. Kumari (Shagna Sri Venun) is a popular girl at the college. Vaasu falls deeply in love with her. Even though he's shy and unsure, Vaasu finds the courage to tell her how he feels and asks her to be his girlfriend. Kumari is touched by how sincere he is and says yes. Their teenage romance blossoms, filled with sweet memories, such as riding bikes together and meeting in the college library. However, they face problems. They have misunderstandings, and there is a significant difference in their social and financial backgrounds. Vaasu comes from a simple family, while Kumari's family is much more affluent. As they get closer, Vaasu learns surprising things about Kumari that make him doubt her. The couple deals with pressure from society, the way people think in a small town, and judgments about Kumari's friendly nature, which some people misunderstand. Their journey is filled with tender moments, fun times at college, and emotional difficulties, including the expectations of their families and their own insecurities. The second part of the story delves into deeper emotions, showcasing their struggle to overcome obstacles and achieve a happy ending. Overall, Prabuthwa Junior Kalashala is a "feel-good" film.
