In 1990, Anthony, played by Sriram aka Srikanth, joins a rice mill as an accountant. He buys an old house in the village outskirts and moves in with his wife Mary, played by Khushi Ravi, their two daughters, and mother Suramma. Mary is pregnant. However, the family is haunted by fears ever since they moved in to that newly bought old house. They sense that not one but many spirits are existing in the house. However, the spirits do not cause any harm to pregnant Mary. When Anthony's family tries to leave the house, the spirits do not let them go. With this, Anthony catches the real estate broker who sold the house to him, and shouts on him. The broker takes him to Annamma, played by Eshwari Rao, a ghost doctor who casts out spirits. Annamma is accompanied by Lokanath, played by Avasarala Srinivas, who is researching on tantric powers. Annamma learns about what is happening in the house. She tells Anthony not to vacate the house and set out to exorcise the spirits. Who are those spirits? Why are they in the house? What is the connection between the spirits that Mary does not like and the foetus in her womb? What is the story of the spirits? How did Annamma and Lokanath get rid of these spirits?
