Pakka Commercial highlights the story of Suryanarayana, a principled judge who resigns because he cannot deliver justice for Amulya, a woman who suffers at the hands of the wealthy Vivek, leading her to take her own life. His son Ramachandra Lucky finds his law books, which inspire him to choose the same profession. However, as time passes, Lucky focuses more on personal gain than his father's values, often settling cases outside of court. Things change when he meets Sirisha "Jhansi," a talented actress who needs legal help after being released from a studio. Although their case does not work out, they develop a strong connection. Lucky decides to defend a gangster despite strong evidence against him. Suryanarayana gets busy in thinking about how to bring down Vivek, the corrupt developer linked to Amulya's tragic story. When Suryanarayana gives the case to his son, Lucky feels torn between his loyalty and his ambitions. He ends up working with Vivek for financial gain. The courtroom becomes a battleground when Jhansi unexpectedly brings Suryanarayana into the case. This forces Lucky to face his morals. Who will win, and what will it cost them?
