Four strangers—Chaitanya (Rajath Raghav), Pavuram (Shakalaka Shankar), Raziya (Navami Gayak), and Lakshman (Naveen Neni)—meet at a police station. Each desperately needs money to fix their personal problems. Believing that getting rich is the only solution, they come up with a risky plan: kidnap Keerthi (Nandita Swetha), who is an MLA’s daughter and Chaitanya’s cousin, for a hefty ransom. They don't know that Keerthi has a dark secret. They take her to an abandoned house in a village known for being haunted. People say a vengeful ghost there targets kidnappers. The moment they arrive, weird things start happening there. A funny character named Madan (Vennela Kishore) joins them, adding to the chaos with his antics. The group soon realizes the house is haunted. The ghost seems to be connected to Keerthi's past. It starts to scare them. The friends face eerie encounters and growing fear. They try to escape the ghost's anger while also uncovering Keerthi's secret link to the house. Flashbacks show a sad past. They are left to face the ghost's revenge. With growing mistrust and panic, they must work together to survive the night and outsmart the supernatural force. Chaitanya's ability to lead is tested. O Manchi Ghost combines laughs and scares, telling a story of desperation, betrayal, and survival as the group fights to solve the mystery and get out of the haunted house alive.
