Mr. Housekeeping follows Sathish (Hari Bhaskar), a cheerful young man. He spends his days having fun with friends and avoiding responsibilities. He doesn't think much about his future until he meets Anjali (Losliya Mariyanesan). Anjali is a very disciplined student who loves order and cleanliness. Since Sathish is messy and relaxed, the two have completely different personalities. Because of a misunderstanding and a challenge, Sathish ends up having to work as a housekeeper for a short time. At first, he thinks the job is a joke and struggles with the cleaning, schedules, and strict rules. People tease him, and he finds the work very difficult. However, as time goes by, Sathish starts to take his duties seriously. He begins to understand the value of hard work and respect for others. While being a housekeeper, his bond with Anjali grows stronger. Even though they argue, Anjali starts to see that Sathish has a sincere side, and Sathish learns that being disciplined is important. Over time, Sathish has to prove that he has really changed into a mature person. He faces many challenges that test his commitment, especially when new misunderstandings threaten his relationship with Anjali. The film shows his journey from being a careless boy to a man who values love and responsibility.
