This movie tells four different stories that all happen in the city of Hyderabad. Each story looks at love, sadness, and hard decisions people have to make. The first story is about Chandu (Thiruveer). He works in a software firm. He writes a love letter in Telugu to Abhi Ram (Nakshatra) and sends it by email. She wants him to print it out and ask her to be his girlfriend in person. This starts a nice love story, but it ends suddenly, and we find out what Chandu really thinks. Another story is about Sana (Shanoor Sana). She hits Varun (Ali Reza) because he hit her husband, who was drunk, in an accident. Later, she tells Varun how sad she is, and they become close in a surprising way. In another story, Supriya (Nandini Rai) is a woman who is married but feels lonely because her husband is always busy with work. She thinks she might have breast cancer and looks for comfort from a friend. The last story is about Abbas (Rajeev Kanakala) and Salma (Gayatri Bhargavi). They are a normal middle-class couple. Their lives are mostly about Abbas's father. The movie shows different kinds of people dealing with different problems. Each person makes brave choices to try and move on with their life and find hope, even when things are hard. Metro Kathalu is a good movie you can watch with your family.
