Lakshya is a sports drama film in the archery backdrop filled with action. Lakshya is directed by Santoshh Jagarlamudi and stars Naga Shourya, Jagapathi Babu and Kethika Sharma in lead roles. Naga Shourya plays the role of Parthu, a gifted archer who was born gifted. He acquired that talent from his father, Vasu. Vasu was also an expert-trained archer. Vasu’s dream was to become a world champion in archery. But he dies unexpectedly in a road accident without being able to fulfil his dream. Vasu’s father is saddened by the demise of his son and wishes to fulfil his son’s dream through Parthu. Parthu makes it his life goal to fulfil the dreams of his father and grandfather and works hard to become a world champion in archery. Parthu joins Kurukshetra Archery Academy to take special training in order to achieve his goal. Rahul, the antagonist, is also being trained in the same academy. He is a two-time state champion. His pride in standing unbeaten in archery gets a big blow in the form of Parthu. Parthu’s grandfather dies suddenly, and Parthu gets depressed. Rahul conspires and makes Parthu get addicted to drugs, thereby losing his focus and career. Then, during a fight thereafter, Parthu gets hurt on his hand and gets into a situation where he has to let go of archery completely. How could Parthu get out of this and achieve his goal?
