Shakthi (Atharvaa) is a hospital helper who enters a fight with Arivu (Prakash Raghavan) for a trivial reason. Little did Shakthi know about Arivu’s background. Arivu is the son of a ferocious Radha Ravi and an acquaintance of a kingpin in Madurai, a role played by Radhika Sarathkumar. On the other hand, the same incident earns the friendship of Radhika’s son Muthu. What complicates things is that Muthu is also a friend to Arivu. He tries his best to resolve the problems between Shakthi and Arivu. He also saves Shakthi on several occasions. In the meantime, Shakthi forms a bond with a little girl named Kanmani. She is suffering from a serious viral illness and is under treatment in the hospital he works in. When things are all good, and Shakthi is happily on the verge of starting a fresh life with his kith and kin, Muthu’s death comes in as a shocker. Who murdered Muthu?
