Young Amudha eagerly awaits a special visitor at her orphanage. Meanwhile, Inspector Bejoy's (Narain) team intercepts a massive cocaine shipment. The drugs and smugglers are secured at the commissioner's office, but the kingpin, Adaikalam (Harish Uthaman), remains at large in Trichy. Adaikalam's brother, Anbu (Arjun Das), plots revenge to retrieve the drugs. The entire police force of the city is weakened via spiked drinks; only Bejoy remains unaffected. Dilli (Karthi) is an ex-convict who wants to meet his daughter Amudha the next day. Bejoy convinces Dilli to drive a truck to transport the unconscious officers to a hospital. Anbu offers a huge reward for their capture, and a corrupt cop leaks their location. Bejoy tasks Constable Napoleon (George Maryan) and detained students to secure the commissioner's office. Dilli brutally handles the bad guys on his way. Napoleon gets help from the students to fight Anbu, who attacks the office with his gang. Anbu enters the building, but the students stop him. Dilli and Kamatchi (the truck owner) transfer the officers to a school bus. Paalpandi betrays Dilli, but Dilli recovers and defeats the gang.
