In the village of Rangabai Tanda in Warangal, Keshavachandra Ramavath (Rocking Rakesh) is a young man from the Lambadi tribe. He greatly admires Telangana’s former Chief Minister, K. Chandrashekar Rao, and is even nicknamed ""Chota KCR"" because of it. Keshava is inspired by KCR's vision during the Telangana movement. His village's fertile farmland is chosen to construct a highway. It's seen as an unfair decision by the government. Meanwhile, Keshava refuses an arranged marriage with his childhood friend Manju (Ananya Krishnan), who dreams of marrying him. He boldly promises to either bring KCR to his wedding or cancel the wedding entirely. He goes to Hyderabad to address the highway construction issue and meet KCR. Determined to protect his community, he faces many difficulties in the city. The story, set during and after the Telangana statehood struggle, follows Keshava’s journey to meet KCR and fight for his village’s rights. His journey includes emotional challenges, romantic tension with Manju, and conflicts with local authorities, showing how he defies normal societal rules. Does Keshava succeed in his mission? Does he return to the village? Does he marry Manju? Did he meet KCR? To know the answers, watch KCR. KCR is an entertaining movie you can enjoy watching with your family.
