Yellapragada Jai is a dedicated volunteer for the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. He dreams of serving his country by working at DRDO. After an interview, his hopes are crushed when a more qualified candidate is selected, leaving his future uncertain. At the same time, Jai's childhood friend, Keshava, reappears. Once a close companion, Keshava is now a well-known international criminal in Hong Kong. He is involved with foreign enemies plotting against India.
