Hitler is the Telugu-dubbed version of a Tamil film. In a village in Tamilnadu, a sad event occurs: a group of women, including a pregnant woman, drown while trying to cross a flooded river using a makeshift rope. This highlights that there are no proper bridges despite money being set aside for them. Selva (Vijay Antony), a man from the village, goes to Chennai in search of work.
