Shiva (Viswant Duddumpudi) is a medical student. He dreams of becoming an army doctor. He lives with his uncle because he lost his father and brother-in-law, both soldiers, in battle. His sister, still grieving, doesn't want him to join the army and urges him to choose a safer career. Shiva falls in love with his classmate Varsha (Rhea Sachdeva), whose father, KK (Sumanth), runs a mental health hospital. Their romance grows, and KK agrees to their marriage. Meanwhile, a series of brutal murders shakes the city, starting with a delivery boy being beaten to death. The police are confused by the killings, which are marked by mysterious letters sent to them. Shiva becomes a suspect in one such murder, after which his life becomes shattered. He is pulled into a dangerous investigation. Meanwhile, Vaishnavi (Tejaswi Madivada), a determined detective, uncovers a chilling pattern connecting the murders. She also receives anonymous warnings predicting more deaths. Shiva, racing against time, discovers a conspiracy linked to the hospital and Varsha’s family. Swapna’s (Shilpa Manjunath) unrequited love for him adds more complications. The story goes into hidden motives and shocking twists, ending with a major reveal of the killer’s identity. Shiva is forced to face buried secrets to clear his name and protect Varsha. Overall, Hide N Seek is a good film to enjoy with your family.
