Dominic (Siddique), an antique shop owner in Cochin, lives with his wife Maria (Neena Kurup) and children Andrea and Jude (Nivin Pauly). Jude is a brilliant guy, an oceanography enthusiast. However, he is socially awkward. Jude often clashes with his father. When Dominic inherits property in Goa after his aunt's death, the family travels there. They leave Andrea in Cochin. In Goa, they meet Dr. Sebastian and his daughter Crystal (Trisha Krishnan), tenants in the inherited bungalow's outhouse. Dominic is annoyed by their friendly nature and music and wants to get rid of them. Jude initially doesn't get along with Sebastian and Crystal but soon becomes friends. Sebastian is a psychologist. He realises Jude has autism spectrum disorder. Crystal has bipolar disorder. Crystal and Sebastian try to help Jude with his social skills. Crystal secretly watches his video journals. They discover his oceanography expertise and help him overcome his fear of water. Jude's parents disapprove of his friendship and desire to work in Goa. Jude and Crystal briefly run away together, becoming close and falling in love, but Jude avoids her romantic advances. Dominic softens towards Sebastian and Crystal, realising their help for Jude.
