The story of Guvva Gorinka follows Sadanand (Satyadev), a focused mechanical engineer who is a PhD student. Sadanand has a very specific problem: he is extremely sensitive to noise and cannot tolerate loud sounds. Because of this, he spends his time trying to invent a special, soundless engine for a motorbike. At the same time, a young woman named Sirisha (Priyaa Lal) moves from her hometown to Hyderabad to pursue her Master’s degree in music. She is an aspiring violinist who loves creating melodies. By chance, she rents a flat that is right next to Sadanand’s apartment. At first, their relationship starts with conflict. Sadanand is annoyed by the sound of Sirisha practicing her violin, and Sirisha is bothered by the strange noises he makes while working on his invention. As they live on opposite sides of the same wall, they begin to communicate through it. Without seeing each other's faces, they start sharing their thoughts, dreams, and personal struggles. Sadanand encourages Sirisha to follow her passion for music, and Sirisha supports Sadanand’s goal of creating a silent engine. Over time, their daily conversations through the wall turn into a deep friendship and eventually into love. The story follows their emotional journey and the challenges they face as they decide whether their connection is strong enough to survive in the real world once they finally meet face to face.
