"F3: Fun and Frustration" is a comedy story that follows Venky, an RTO agent who struggles to see at night. He and his friend Varun, who is an orphan and has a stutter, face money problems. After a setback at Harika's family restaurant, Varun believes that Harika's sister, Honey, is rich and decides to win her over. Venky, unaware of Honey's true background because of his vision issues, supports Varun?s efforts. They borrow a large loan from the local landlord, Pala Baby. Their plans fall apart when they realize their mistake, and they face the consequences along with Harika's family, who also having financial trouble. Nagaraju, a honest CI, plans to approach the corrupt commissioner Dileep Chandra to recover stolen funds. This makes a stressful standoff. They unexpectedly find billionaire Anand Sharma, who is looking for his lost son. They travel to Vizianagaram, where they aim to gain Anand's fortune but first need to make his toy factory successful. They introduce new ideas that help revitalize the business, and Anand shares his painful history. Anand gets kidnapped just as things start going well. Venky and Varun want to save him, so they face the kidnappers dressed like movie heroes. Police sirens are sounding, and chaos is breaking out. Can they escape? What will happen to Anand? Who will be held responsible for their actions?
