EVOL is a dark romantic thriller that explores how secrets can ruin a marriage. The story begins with a life-changing moment when Prabhu (Shivakumar Ramachandravarapu) confesses to his wife, Nidhi (Jenifer Emmanuel), that he has been having an affair for many years. When he says this, Nidhi is shocked, and their five-year marriage is destroyed. Nidhi feels heartbroken and starts looking for answers. She is hurt and depressed. In her pain, Nidhi finds solace in a close friend named Rishi (Surya Srinivas). He serves as a moral and emotional support for her. As they spend more time together, their bond grows into a secret romance of its own. Meanwhile, the film reveals the perspective of Prashanthi (Divya Sharma). She is the woman Prabhu was having an affair with. The story highlights how both couples have lied to one another, leading to intense feelings of jealousy, anger, and betrayal. The fact that nobody is honest and loyal to their partners creates tension. By the end, everyone is forced to face the consequences of their actions. The movie is described as a ""reverse love story"" because it tracks the journey of a relationship falling apart rather than coming together. It is a bold look at what happens when trust disappears and people act on their secret desires. The other actors in the movie are Bodduraju, Rag Mayur, and Siva.
