Das Ka Dhamki is the Tamil-dubbed version of a Hindi-Telugu movie. Krishna Das (Vishwak Sen) is an orphan. He works as a waiter at a star hotel. Mahesh and Hyper Aadhi are his friends. It is usual for them to get scorned and disrespected by the wealthy customers who check into the hotel. One day, one such customer goes overboard for a silly matter. Krishna’s manager, Deepthi (Akshara Gowda), does not show any empathy towards him. She scolds him badly and sends him off in an act to please the customer. An annoyed and disheartened Krishna takes an oath to visit the same hotel one day as an elite customer with his friends. After he leaves, he starts thinking about how he can make his idea come true. Things take a turn when he meets Keerthi (Nivetha Pethuraj), a fashion design student. For some reason, she mistakes him for a pharmaceutical company’s CEO. Following this incident, a lot of unexpected events take place, which turns the tables for Krishna. He gets what he wants in life, but soon, he realises that it will not bring him the dignity and respect he always needed. Does he go to the hotel as an elite customer with his friends?
