Das ka Dhamki is an action comedy-thriller movie about Krishna Das, a waiter at a Five Star Hotel. In spite of being poor he tries to enjoy a lavish life with his friends as people often make fun of his poverty. Krishna Das meets Keerthi, a fashion designer student who mistakes Krishna as a rich person and falls in love with him. But later Keerthi discovers his lies and that he is cheating her and leaves Krishna. Krishna was struggling hard for his living expenses. Krishna was called by SR Pharma Co-Founder, and is revealed that SR Pharma Life’s CEO Sanjay Rudra is the identical of Krishna and a kind-hearted Doctor who was developing a cure for cancer to see a cancer free world, but had died in a car accident and Krishna has been asked to take care of Sanjay’s responsibility for the next 10 days. Krishna feels happy as he can get back to Keerthi if he gets rich but confused why Sanjay’s parents have given him this responsibility! Decides to investigate Sanjay Rudra’s death. As part of Krishna’s investigation Krishna discovers that while he was racing, he spilled coffee on Sanjay’s car windshield which caused Sanjay’s death. Knowing this Krishna feels devastated as he is responsible for Sanjay’s death and admits to Sanjay’s mother. Later Krishna discovers that Sanjay is alive and killed his professor after his refusal to sell the drug to an investor for 10,000 crores for profits. Sanjay then escaped with the money and used Krishna in this process. Krishna learns that Keerthi is also behind this when he called her for help. With the help of his friends Krishna traps Sanjay, brings him back to India and gets Sanjay and his family arrested. How did Krishna trap Sanjay to return to India?
