The story chathurmukham is about one young woman, Thejaswini, played by Manju Warrior. Manju is addicted to social media and her smartphone. She is in the CCTV solutions business with a friend named Antony. Manju once attends a ritual at the temple and her phone gets damaged there. She opts for a cheap mobile of the model name Liza as an option for the time being. She starts experiencing supernatural occurrences after buying that mobile phone, which impacts her both mentally and physically. Manju decides to investigate the secrets behind that in association with Antony. They learn that Adarsh invented that phone but failed to attract investors due to malfunctions in the model. An investor gave him a 21-day deadline to rectify errors in the selfie camera. Agitated by the failure and insult, Adarsh gets psychic. He kills the investor and sets his lab on fire. He gets burnt alive and gets trapped in his creation, Liza. Everyone buying that model and clicking a selfie gets a timeline of 21 days for their death. Manju and Antony approach scientists and paranormal specialists to find a solution. They finally succeed in solving the issue with the help of Faraday Cage. As a lead to maybe a sequel, the Liza software gets transferred onto a computer as stated: ‘Negative energy can never be destroyed. Instead, it returns back in various different forms.
