Bottle Radha is the story of Radha Mani (Guru Somasundaram), who is a talented but flawed construction foreman. Radha is a hardworking mason, but his severe addiction to alcohol earned him the nickname ""Bottle Radha."" His alcohol addiction slowly ruins his personal and professional life. His constant drinking creates a toxic environment for his wife, Anjalam (Sanchana Natarajan), and their two children. As a result, debts pile up and the family is emotionally exhausted. With a genuine interest in saving her family, Anjalam tricks Radha into entering a rehabilitation center. The transition is brutal for Radha; he feels betrayed, trapped, and isolated by the strict discipline of the facility. He resists to the help being offered at the facility. He eventually manages an escape, thinking that he can overcome this nasty habit on his own terms. However, the world outside is unforgiving, and Radha quickly realizes that willpower alone may not be enough to mend broken trust or resist drinking alcohol. As he moves towards redemption, Radha encounters various figures—some who help form good habits and others, like Ashokan (John Vijay), who challenge his perspective. The other actors in the movie include Pari Elavazhagan, Maaran, and Madhavi Raj.
