Bloody Mary is the story of three friends: Mary (Nivetha Pethuraj), Basha (Kireeti Damaraju), and Raju (Raj Kumar Kasireddy). The three friends are orphans and have grown up together from childhood. Basha is a mute person but still strongly wishes to be an actor. Raju is a deaf person but strongly wishes to be a cameraman. Both Basha and Raju are in severe trials to fulfil their dreams and enter the film industry. About Mary, she works as a nurse at a hospital. She is constantly harassed and molested by the senior Doctor at the hospital where she is working. In one instance, when the Doctor tries to molest, Mary accidentally kills him in the struggle to escape. Unexpectedly, even Basha witnesses the murder of a Director on the same day at the location where he went to give an audition as a part of his trials to be an actor. Raju finds a camera at a place and brings it home with him. Mary, Basha and Raju notice a recorded video of the murder Basha had witnessed a while ago. It is the video of the film director’s murder. Surprisingly, it is not Kala who murdered the Director. But Kala’s husband follows her with suspicion.
