Ajay and Arya are two orphans with very different personalities. They become friends, but their relationship is troubled because Arya is very possessive. A wealthy family can adopt only one of them. Arya lets Ajay win a coin toss. As a result, Ajay has a successful business career, but Arya struggles. When some thugs threaten Ajay, Arya steps in and fights back, which gets him arrested. Ajay bails Arya out, but their friendship worsens after a car crash caused by Arya’s reckless driving. To protect himself, Arya insists on getting a job at Ajay’s company and promises to behave.
