Krishna "Krish," (Prashanth), a talented pianist, pretends to be blind to enhance his playing. He meets Julie (Priya Anand), and they fall in love. Initially using opaque lenses for practice, Krish starts faking his blindness even without them. At a diner, retired actor Karthik (Karthik) invites Krish to play on his anniversary. Krish arrives to find Karthik murdered by his wife Simi (Simran) and her lover Manohar (Samuthirakani). Krish is forced to play, pretending not to see. Manohar's police connections thwart Krish's attempts to report the murder. Later, Krish witnesses Simi murder a witness. Simi tries to poison Krish, revealing she knows he can see. Krish pretends to cooperate but is drugged and blinded. Julie learns Krish can see. Simi tries to frame Krish. Krish wakes up in an organ harvesting clinic run by Dr. Sami, who plans to exploit Simi's rare blood type and use her corneas to restore Krish's sight. Krish and Sami kidnap Simi and blackmail Manohar. However, Sami's assistants betray them, leading to a chaotic series of double-crosses involving the police, the criminals, and the counterfeit money. Simi eventually attacks Krish, but they are both subdued by Sami, who proceeds with his plan. Prashanth acts well as a blind man. Andhagan is a mix of suspense and comedy that keeps you watching.
