Arjun (Pradeep Machiraju) is a happy-go-lucky college student in Vizag. On his very first day, he sees Akshara (Amritha Aiyer), a silent girl, and he falls for her. He tries to make her like him with silly jokes, but she doesn't pay him any attention because she has some secrets. Arjun's friend Ravi (Posani Krishna Murali) tells him to continue trying, while Akshara's strict father (Hyper Aadi) watches her closely. Slowly, Akshara starts to like Arjun. Her past life has some secrets. She used to be a boy named Abbayi who loved a girl named Ammayi, but Ammayi was killed in a fight. Now, as Akshara, she thinks she's cursed and stays away from love to keep Arjun safe. Meanwhile, Arjun continues to try to win Akshara over, which gets him into trouble with her father and a local goon who wants to get his son married to Akshara. Arjun's family, including his mom, supports his love, which leads to some funny misunderstandings. As a 30-day ritual is about to end, Akshara tells Arjun about her past life and says she's scared the same bad things will happen again. Arjun doesn't care and promises to break the curse. In a dramatic ending, Arjun faces off against a villain gang and Akshara's father. He proves how much he loves her by being brave and devising a clever plan that involves pretending to be a ghost.
