Chandu and Siri are best friends and call each other Faltoos and Killer. Chandu goes to Mumbai for an MBA and learns music without his father's knowledge. Siri saves Chandu from his father's anger by taking all the responsibility for his career. They together go for an audition and get into a fight with a band; just before that, Siri accepts Uday’s proposal after discussing it with Chandu. Chandu meets Ritu Sharma, a college mutual friend and falls in love with her. Chandu and Ritu start spending much time together to get to know each other better; meanwhile, Siri feels ignored. Ritu accepts Chandu’s proposal. Siri is about to leave for Chennai to join a dance school. The day Siri was leaving, Chandu apologised for ignoring them and tried to stop her. Uday surprises Siri by returning from the US, and finally, Siri decides not to go. Chandu decides to participate in a musical competition in Kochi as the lead guitarist in the band. Along with Siri, Ritu and Uday, he goes there. In the competition, he develops a friendship with the band he fought previously. Chandu wins the competition with the guitar gifted by Siri, and on this trip, a deep friendship between Siri and Chandu is shown, which makes their partners feel jealous. After the trip, Uday asks Siri to choose between Chandu and him and calls for a breakup. Chandu’s father asks Siri & Chandu to realise their love and get married, but Chandu says that their friendship cannot be turned into love and requests Uday to marry Siri, and in return, he will disappear from their life.
