Basthi Balaraju (Kartikeya Gummakonda), a carefree ambulance driver in Vijayawada, loves cracking jokes and dodging responsibility. He falls hard for Mallika (Lavanya Tripathi), a nurse, after seeing her kindness at a funeral. Determined to win her, Balaraju chases her by doing funny things, but Mallika, grieving her dad’s death, ignore him. She’s stuck in an arranged engagement to Peter (Aadhi Pinisetty), a pastor her mom likes. Balaraju sneaks into Mallika’s life, helping at her hospital and charming her with his big heart. Meanwhile, he clashes with a local goon, Bhooma, over a land scam tied to funerals. Balaraju’s friend Seenu stirs up funny chaos, like mixing up bodies at a morgue. As Balaraju and Mallika grow close, she opens up about her dad’s unfulfilled wish to see her happy. Balaraju vows to make it happen, even crashing her engagement. Peter, sensing Mallika’s feelings, steps aside but warns Balaraju to prove himself. Bhooma’s thugs attack, and Balaraju fights back, saving Mallika’s family land. In a crazy turn of events, Balaraju drives his ambulance right through a big riot to get to Mallika. While they're in the middle of the chaos, he tells her he loves her. Mallika's mom sees how brave he is and agrees to let them get married. The story happens in the busy streets of Vijayawada and has funny parts, action, and sweet moments.
